Barrel Loader Overload Update

The barrel loader overload update will convert the existing overload mechanism to the updated “Fall Back” pivoting cam track mechanism utilized on Criterion® 2000 cartoners. The full-length barrel loader overload offers uniform load sensing through the full load cycle. The current pivoting overload device cannot provide the same level of pressure sensing early in the load cycle, often resulting in machine damage before the jam can be detected.
