Ascent® Top Load Cartoner
An intermittent motion cartoner with integrated feed, forming, loading, closing, and discharge functions. Glued or tuck top closing options. Speeds capable of up to 120 cartons per minute.
Centurion®
Flexible, high speed single or twin bag cartoning. Changeovers can be done in less than 30 minutes. Speeds reach up to 200 cartons per minute.
Criterion® 3
Continuous motion, fully servo driven large center cartoner with speeds of up to 330 cartons per minute. Breakthrough sanitary design, faster changeovers and easy installation and maintenance.
Criterion® 2000
Intermittent or continuous motion, fully servo driven cartoner with speeds of up to 600 cartons per minute. Wash down versions available, & has paperboard or corrugated capability.
CMV
Constant Motion Vertical Cartoner. Heavy-duty construction, patented belt closing system, positive carton opening and control, all at speeds up to 150 cartons per minute.
Legacy®
Completely equipped small center cartoner; 4 inch or 6 inch centers. A horizontal constant motion machine capable of speeds up to 400 cartons per minute.
Legend 120
A flexible cartoner with many product handling options and transfer systems. Capable of reaching speeds of up to 120 cartons per minute. Flexible for a wide range of applications.
Meridian®
This cartoner's efficient rotary carton feed allows speeds reaching 200 cartons per minute with a 9 inch center; 160 cartons per minute with a 12 inch center. Available in right or left hand configurations.
Pouch Cartoning System
We have a wide variety of cartoners that will match virtually any vertical form fill and seal pouching application, at speeds of 50 to 500 cartons per minute. The critical interface between pouching and cartoning is seamless, and is tested and demonstrated on our floor shop before it's shipped to your plant.
Tissue Maxim®
Cartoner specifically designed for tissue cartons. Can operate with both flat or cube grade configurations, and can easily interface with any upstream converting machinery. Speeds up to 400 cpm.
A paperboard multi-pack cartoner for a wide variety of products including: cans, bottles (glass or plastic), cups, bowls, and tubs. Speeds capable of up to 250 cartons per minute.
