OYSTAR Jones’ Technical Solutions Help Desk demonstrates our ongoing 100+ year commitment to customer support. During business hours, we provide answers to general, machine operation or any other questions about your Jones equipment. 

During Business Hours

Simply call our toll free number, 1-877-RAJONES (725-6637) and choose option #7, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST.  You will have immediate access to an OYSTAR Jones technical person who can either answer your question or direct you to someone who can.

During Non Business Hours

For emergency service after hours (weekdays between 5 PM and 8 AM), as well as weekends and holidays, you can call our 24-hour emergency service hotline at 859-341-1000.  Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting help is available as well as on hand parts shipments. If we have the part on hand we can ship it that day.
