Jones’ Technical Solutions Help Desk is in line with our 100 year old ongoing commitment to customer support. This Help Desk offers a centralized location for customers to call during normal working hours to have general questions, machine operation questions, or just about any other question answered.
During Business Hours
Simply call our toll free number,1-877-RAJONES (725-6637) and choose option #7, anytime Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time, and you will have immediate access to a Jones technical person who can either answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
During Non Business Hours
For emergency service after hours (weekdays between 5 PM and 8 AM), as well as weekends and holidays, you can call our 24-hour emergency service hotline at 859-341-1000.
