General Equipment Orientation

A new OYSTAR Jones machine purchase includes a General Equipment Orientation, which is an opportunity for your Technicians to observe and learn specifics about your equipment.

Informal Training

Informal training consists of sending one of our experienced Service Technicians to your site and providing hands-on instruction for groups of up to six of your personnel using your machine documentation.

Standard Materials Training (SMT)

SMT Training represents the mid-level training program between formal and informal. This program provides a mainly hands-on approach of the informal program, but includes a defined course curriculum and a trainee certification package.

Formal Training Programs

Formal Training consists of well-defined and structured programs offering the optimum solution to adult learning. Formal Programs utilize multi-media presentations, modularized by subject and tailored to your machine. Proven Instructional System Development (ISD) techniques are fully employed to achieve obtainable and measurable outcomes. 

Refresher Training

Refresher Training focuses on re-emphasizing key areas of the prior training that traditionally need reinforcing after the customer has used the equipment for a period of time. Refresher training utilizes your existing materials and focuses on areas you identify as needing additional training.
