The customization of Jones service programs recognizes the differences in each individual customer's basic business needs, production demands, and maintenance practices.  Therefore, Jones offers the following “Peace of Mind” options:

Premium Service Program

Jones’ Premium Service Program provides you with planned overhauls, maintenance, and service support in one complete package. The concept of this Agreement is to service your packaging equipment based on machine production hours and predictable component life cycles to preclude unplanned downtime.

Through statistical analysis based on service history, spare parts usage, customer input, and Jones’ expert engineering, a predictable index of machine component life is determined and applied to the Premium Service Agreement.

Operational Service Program

The Jones Operational Service Program is intended for companies that have fully staffed maintenance departments. This Agreement covers the creation of standard practices for machine preventative maintenance. A customer provided technical writer will work with a team of your maintenance personnel, operators, and a Jones Service Technician. The team will review the machine documentation manuals and develop an in-house standard operating procedure (SOP) for maintenance practices at both the operator and maintenance levels including maintenance checklists, calibration charts and measurement tools to track and analyze the performance of the machine.

Machine Reliability Maintenance Program

Jones’ Machine Reliability Maintenance Program will improve the maintenance and troubleshooting skills of your line team while improving machine performance. Implementing a Jones Machine Reliability Maintenance Program will identify and resolve your specific training needs, maintain proper machine adjustment, and identify needed replacement parts prior to failure.
