Customer Connect Program

What is it?

The OYSTAR Jones Customer Connect Program is designed to place Certified Field Service Technicians inside customer's plants to consult and assist you with improving the operating efficiency of your OYSTAR Jones equipment.  Visits will be at no cost when coordinated with a Jones Technician who will be scheduled to visit your region.

What will the Technician do?

During the visit, our Technician will verify the OYSTAR Jones equipment at your facility, evaluate performance, and discuss issues you may have and how OYSTAR Jones can help.  Our Technician will also review any Conversions and equipment Updates that can reduce maintenance and improve the operating efficiency of your equipment.  We will also be pleased to perform a parts audit at no charge provided sufficient downtime is permitted.

What are the Benefits?

Your organization benefits by discussing issues with an OYSTAR Jones Technician, staying informed about available Conversions, Updates, Technologies, and other OYSTAR Jones Services that can help improve efficiencies and reduce downtime of your packaging equipment.  If access to the equipment is provided, you will also recieve the benefit of a FREE parts audit.  

Note: Documentation preparation fees may apply to machine serial numbers older than S-4000.
