CMV® Quick Change

Would you like to be able to save up to 75% of the time that you are spending on cartoner depth changeovers?

If you have a Jones CMV cartoner, we are pleased to be able to offer a Quick Change Depth Adjustment Modification that will save you time and money. This simple modification is specifically designed to reduce the number of adjustment points required when changeovers involve a change in carton depth. Jones has combined as many as 12 different points of adjustment into just one. These adjustment points have been separated from the main rails of the CMV and are attached to the frame, which is then lowered or raised via the use of three jacks.

Savings

Using a general industry average of $1,000 per hour production cost, if you have one changeover per day that saves 15 minutes, you could be saving $250.00 per day or $65,000 per year in production time alone with this quick change modification.
