Rotary Carton Feed Update

The rotary carton feed used on the OYSTAR Jones Meridian® cartoning machine is now available as an upgrade for other OYSTAR Jones cartoners. The Meridian® carton feed system is a rotary carton feed perfect for applications up to 160 cartons per minute on a 12” pitch machine and 200 cartons per minute on a 9” machine, running chipboard cartons. Single Point hydraulic adjustments on the carton magazine utilize cylinders filled with food grade oil makes size change adjustments a snap.

The carton magazine is available in 4’, 6’, and 8’ lengths to accommodate your needs. A low level carton magazine option is also available. Specially designed “air knives” use compressed air to create the low pressure, high volume airflow required to assist with carton opening. 18-24 SCFM of air at 15-20 PSI is required. The carton feed is typically mechanically driven from the cartoner, or it can be servo driven if your application requires.
