Cycle Stop Flap Closure Update
This update will replace the existing flap closing guide assembly with our updated Criterion® 2000 flap closing assembly. Benefits of the new closing guide system include integrated automatic cycle stop flap closers and updated Criterion® 2000 technology. When the cartoner is in motion, the bottom section of the unit acts as a typical closing guide. When the machine stops, air cylinders move the “L” shape guides in to hold the flaps closed.
Note:
The automatic flap closing device cannot be initiated on emergency stops.
